Liquid Bulk Transportation Services

Tank-trailer freight coordinated through our carrier network, arranged load by load or as a recurring program.

What this service covers

PTC coordinates liquid bulk shipments that move in tank trailers rather than in packaged form. We are a freight coordinator: we do not own tankers, and loads are placed with carriers in our network whose equipment and operating area fit the work.

Most inquiries fall into one of three shapes — a single load that needs to move soon, a set of repeating movements on the same lane, or a program of loads tied to a production or seasonal schedule. All three start the same way, with a short conversation about the product and the lane.

Who should inquire

Shippers, plant logistics coordinators, purchasing teams and procurement managers who move liquid products in bulk and want a coordinator who will talk through the details rather than return an automated number.

How the inquiry works

Send what you know. We review the product, lane and timing, discuss anything that needs clarification, and come back to you with what we can coordinate. Nothing is booked until you confirm it.

What we need from you

Send the details available now. These items help a coordinator evaluate the product, lane and equipment requirements.

  • Product name and, where available, a specification or safety data sheet
  • Origin and destination — city, state, postal code and country
  • Quantity per load and the units you measure in
  • Requested pickup date, or a note that timing is flexible
  • One-time load, repeating lane, or an ongoing program
  • Loading and unloading conditions at each site

What we review before responding

Equipment availability, timing and pricing are confirmed only after the shipment details and carrier fit have been reviewed.

How to request this service

  1. Send your details through the quote form, by email or by phone.
  2. A PTC coordinator reviews the product, lane and timing and comes back with questions if anything is unclear.
  3. We identify carriers in our network positioned for the work and confirm what we can coordinate.
  4. Nothing moves until you approve it.

Frequently asked questions

Does PTC own the tankers?
No. PTC coordinates freight through an established carrier network. Equipment belongs to the carriers we place loads with.
Can I get a price immediately online?
No. We do not calculate binding freight prices automatically. A person reviews your details and responds with what we can coordinate.
What if I do not know all of the shipment specifications yet?
Send a partial inquiry. Product, approximate volume and the lane are usually enough to start the conversation.
