What this service covers
PTC coordinates liquid bulk shipments that move in tank trailers rather than in packaged form. We are a freight coordinator: we do not own tankers, and loads are placed with carriers in our network whose equipment and operating area fit the work.

- No. PTC coordinates freight through an established carrier network. Equipment belongs to the carriers we place loads with.
